Vistazoo.com Privacy Policy

3DVista SL ("Vistazoo" or "we") and all its entities operates Vistazoo.com. This Privacy Policy describes Vistazoo's use with sharing tours, information, and anything that Members voluntarily provide to Vistazoo when they register. This Privacy Policy applies to the services offered by Vistazoo, including any Vistazoo-branded URL (the "Vistazoo Website"), the Vistazoo panorama and tour developer and other features, Vistazoo mobile services, and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by Vistazoo in correlation with the Vistazoo Website (collectively, the "Vistazoo Services").

If Vistazoo considerably changes its practices regarding compilation or use of your information, your information will continue to be governed by the Policy under which it was collected until such times as you have been provided notice of, and have not objected to, the change. It shall be deemed proper notice when Vistazoo updates its policy online. From time to time Vistazoo may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect business initiatives or changes in the law, the features of the Vistazoo Services, or technology, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting by Vistazoo on the Vistazoo Website. Your continual use of the Vistazoo Services after Vistazoo publishes a revised Privacy Policy signifies your approval of the revised Privacy Policy. It is therefore important that you assess this Privacy Policy regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

The Vistazoo Website is a general website and does not allow use from children under 13 years of age without proper supervision as written in the terms of agreement.

USE: VISTAZOO'S USE OF INFORMATION

There may be instances when Vistazoo may access or disclose information without providing you a choice in order to: (i) protect or defend the legal rights or property of Vistazoo, our Affiliated Companies or their employees, agents and contractors (including enforcement of our agreements); (ii) protect the safety and security of Users of the Vistazoo Services or members of the public including acting in urgent circumstances; (iii) protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; or (iv) comply with the law or legal process. In addition, if Vistazoo sells all or part of its business or makes a sale or transfer of all or a material part of its assets or is otherwise involved in a merger or transfer of all or a material part of its business, Vistazoo may transfer your information to the party or parties involved in the transaction as part of that transaction.

Vistazoo will only use the information you provide under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If Vistazoo acquires information from a third party, such as a business partner, use of that information is also regulated by this Privacy Policy.

Vistazoo employees, representatives, and contractors must have a business reason to acquire right to use of your information. These outside contractors, agents or sponsors may momentarily store some information on their servers, but they may only use your information to provide Vistazoo with an explicit service and not for any other purpose. Vistazoo also may distribute your information with Affiliated Companies if it has a business reason to do so.

Vistazoo may allocate your information with those who lend a hand in managing Vistazoo Services' information activities (for example, message board administration, order fulfillment, statistical analyses, data processing), or with outside service providers, and agents or sponsors who help us with the administration.

COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION AND NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION ON VISTAZOO

Vistazoo may also gather information from you if you choose to participate in Vistazoo Services activities like building panoramas, stitching images, and uploading tours, because you want us to furnish you with products, services, or information, or in connection with content or suggestions you submit to Vistazoo for review. When Vistazoo collects information from you, it is because you are voluntarily submitting Registration information to us in order to register as a Member of Vistazoo.

Any and all content that is uploaded and published on Vistazoo will be viewable by any party that is on the Vistazoo website unless the uploaded information and content is deemed private and so stated by Vistazoo. Vistazoo does not guarantee privacy. Any content deemed private will only be viewable by the parties that were designated specific login information to view that uploaded content.

Compliance with Law and Vistazoo Policies. You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and content while using the Products, and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use the Products only for purposes that are legal, proper and in accordance with the Terms and any applicable policies or guidelines Vistazoo may make available. Vistazoo has the right to change or delete any and all content that it deems to be unacceptable and in violation of this Privacy Agreement and/or Terms of Agreement. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the Products or the Content, you will not:
Vistazoo Members may also choose to provide or store non-personal information in their profiles. The Profile Information in a Member's profile is provided at his or her sole judgment.

Vistazoo gathers other non-personal information including IP address, aggregate user data, and browser type. This data is used to manage and improve the Vistazoo Services, track usage, and for security purposes.

Vistazoo Members can change their Registration information and Profile Information at any time and can control how Visitors, other Members and Vistazoo communicate with them.

Cookies are small bits of information that Vistazoo places on your computer. Vistazoo uses cookies to recognize your Internet browser, store Users' preferences, and establish whether you have installed the enabling software needed to access certain material on the Vistazoo Services. Data in cookies may be read to validate user sessions or provide services.

Third party advertisements exhibited on Vistazoo Services might also include cookies set by Internet advertising companies or advertisers (known as "third party cookies"). Vistazoo does not manage these third party cookies and Users of the Vistazoo Services should verify the privacy policy of the Internet advertising company or advertiser to see whether and how it uses cookies. A pixel tag is a tiny image placed in a webpage and used to document the number and types of views for that page. Vistazoo may allow third party pixel tags to be there on Vistazoo Services for purposes of advertising, providing services or data and statistics collection.

Anonymous click stream, number of page views calculated by pixel tags, and aggregated demographic information may also be shared with Vistazoo's advertisers and business partners.

Some of the advertisements that appear on Vistazoo Services may also be delivered to you by third party Internet advertising companies. These companies utilize certain technologies to deliver advertisements and marketing messages and to collect non-personal information about your visit to or use of Vistazoo Services, including information about the ads they present, via a cookie placed on your computer that reads your IP address.

You can program your computer to advise you each time a cookie is being sent and to block third party cookies or block all cookies. Nevertheless, by blocking all cookies you may not have admittance to certain features on the Vistazoo Services.

Vistazoo is not accountable for the privacy practices of websites or other services controlled by third parties that are linked to or integrated with the Vistazoo Services or for the privacy practices of third party Internet advertising companies.

Vistazoo Services may also carry advertisements from other companies. Vistazoo Services may be connected to Internet sites operated by other companies. Once you leave Vistazoo Services via such a link, access a third party request (such as widgets) or click on an advertisement, you should check the appropriate privacy policy of the third party or advertiser site to determine, among other things, how they will handle any information they collect from you.

SECURITY: VISTAZOO PROTECTS THE SECURITY OF INFORMATION

Vistazoo uses commercially sensible administrative, technical, personnel and physical measures to protect information and credit card information in its possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. In addition, Vistazoo uses sound methods to make sure that information is accurate, up-to-date and appropriately complete.

Whenever possible, Vistazoo Members may review the Registration information we maintain about them in our records. We will take reasonable steps to correct any information a Member informs us is incorrect. If you ask Vistazoo to stop using your information, Vistazoo will honor that request while retaining any record of your information that is necessary to comply with applicable federal, state or local law.
